New features are coming to user skill management to make it easier to maintain skills, especially when changes need to be made for multiple users at once.

In the future, skills can be viewed in the Users view, and admins can filter users based on skills. In addition, an admin can select multiple users from the user list and add skills to them as a bulk action. In practice, the admin selects the users in the view, opens the “Add skills” option from the extra actions menu (three dots icon), chooses the skill to be added from the options available for the company and confirms the addition. The system then shows a notification that the skill has been added successfully and updates the view.

Mass removal of skills will also be possible in the same way. An admin can select multiple users, open the extra actions menu and choose the skill to be removed from the options available for the company. The removal is confirmed with a separate warning, after which the system shows a notification that the skill has been removed successfully and updates the view.

If the same skill has multiple durations, the removal action removes all instances of that skill from the selected users.
